  1. Returns and Exchanges

1.1 Non-Perishable Products: If you are not satisfied with a non-perishable product purchased from us, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

1.2 Perishable Products: Due to the nature of perishable products, such as roasted coffee beans, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery. In such cases, please contact us immediately with supporting evidence, such as photographs, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  1. Refunds

2.1 Non-Perishable Products: If you are eligible for a refund for a non-perishable product, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe after receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued using the original payment method, and any applicable shipping charges will not be refunded.

2.2 Perishable Products: In the case of defective or damaged perishable products, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. We may require supporting evidence, such as photographs or a return of the product, before processing the refund.

3.1 Authorization: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within the specified time frame, providing your order details and the reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with further instructions and authorization if applicable.

3.2 Packaging and Shipping: When returning a product, please ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product.

3.3 Condition of the Product: Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return or deduct a restocking fee if the returned item is not in compliance with this Policy.
